Modern Family We Need to Talk About Lily
On Modernistic Family unit Season ten Episode 14, I didn't know where they were going with the whole Lily bending.
Was she gay? Trans? Did she want to live with whoever is secretly raising her 85% of the fourth dimension?
No. Nothing quite that life-irresolute.
She doesn't like show tunes or tween stuff or Beyonce -- she loves decease metallic.
How Mitch and Cam never heard that noise permeating from her headphones, I'll never know, just that's it. No big bargain.
No problem. Practice yous want to look in another neighborhood or stay right hither in HELL!

I accept to admit that it's nice to discover out something about Lily.
Ever since she was a baby, Mitch and Cam have molded her into what they call back she should exist.
They dressed her upwards equally classic actresses with photo sessions and girly slumber parties, merely she's inverse at present.
That's cool.

Surely she's heard stories of their early struggles in life. Maybe she'southward seen their cattiness and thought -- judgment!
But mayhap information technology's merely that she didn't want to let them downward.
In any example, I like knowing a little bit more almost Lily.
It would exist good if she were woven more into the rotation of characters that make upwardly Mod Family.
Just the truth is, after this episode, she'll probably fade back into the background, but popping in every now and again to make a smart comment or cause a lilliputian trouble.
Honey, you can't get Pepper pregnant and trap him in a house.

Again, for the second episode in a row, Mitch and Cam were on the same folio, acting all like a married couple and stuff.
I'm cautiously optimistic that they will remain this way, but I'm as well nervous.
Could it be they've indeed turned a corner? Maybe. We'll see.
Two episodes exercise non a pattern make, so we demand to go on a close middle on them and hope the trend continues.
I similar enjoying them again, darn it.
Equally with all Modern Family episodes, and Tv shows in general I presume, we accept an undercurrent theme spanning all storylines.

The theme of acceptance drips over to Pepper who is a massive pain in the butt. But like any pain in the under regions, there's a reason.
He likes Phil. I hateful, I can't arraign the guy. Who wouldn't similar Phil? He's kind to a fault and just an accommodating skillful egg.
I'grand not putting her down, you goblin. She needs the surgery.

I loved their whole storyline together. We haven't seen Pepper in a while and to pair him with Phil was perfect.
No one else on the show would put up with Pepper's baloney, and Phil lasted every bit long as he possibly could.
So, they're friends at present, and maybe that means nosotros'll see more of Pepper. I promise then considering Nathan Lane is always fun to sentinel on screen.
I was hoping he and Phil would proceed going with their number.
But hey, we saw Lane do a footling dance and play a little piano tune -- I'one thousand satisfied with that.
For now at least.
What I'm still not satisfied with is the whole Jay/Gloria situation although it wasn't as bad in this episode.
Why did Gloria accept to fox Jay? It'south not that he wouldn't go Stella the surgery; he was just nervous about information technology.
Then Gloria steals the wrong dog?

How long have they had Stella? A long fourth dimension. And I'm not buying the whole Gloria doesn't pay attention to the dog nonsense.
If you lot remember back to when Stella came on the testify, it was Gloria who brought her into the house.
She knows darned well what the canis familiaris looks similar. It was simply an excuse for her to cut down on Jay for not noticing her haircut.
Cheap express mirth and ineffective.
Beyond that, Gloria stealing "Stella" from the vet was showing that she loves Jay, and so I guess I can't complain.
It's about time she showed some affection toward him.
The concluding time I call up that happening, he was having his appendix out.
And so, it's been a while.
Likewise squeamish to see was Pecker. We even so don't know much nigh this firewoman dude of Alex'due south, other than he'southward nice, congenital, and needs a shave.
